Little Joshua is three years old. He is suffering from scabies which is named after the scabies mite, which can be passed between humans by contact alone. It causes an itchy skin infection and could have been avoided if clean water had been available to wash Joshua with.

Here Joshua is at the medical centre being coated in an ointment to try and control the itching. – he doesn’t seem to like it very much!
